100 Envelope Fundraiser - We would like to gently remind everyone that our Parish Envelope Fundraiser is still underway. As you know, our parish continues to face a monthly financial deficit, and this fundraiser is an important way for us to meet our regular expenses while keeping our ministries and parish life strong. Please take one or more envelopes and prayerfully consider giving the amount indicated. Every single contribution—large or small—makes a real difference.
To all who have already taken part, thank you for your generosity and love for our parish. And to those who have not yet had the chance, I humbly ask you to join us in this effort. Together, as one parish family, we can meet our needs and continue the mission God has entrusted to us.
40 Hours – November 7–9 - Our 40 Hours Devotion will take place at the Tower City Chapel from this Friday, November 7th, through Sunday, November 9th. We will begin with Mass on Friday at 7:00 PM, followed by continuous Holy Hours before the Blessed Sacrament, day and night, until the 9:00 AM Mass on Sunday. After the opening Mass on Friday, the Ss. Peter & Paul Ladies Club will serve light refreshments in the Parish Hall; all are welcome. Please sign up for a Holy Hour in the vestibule. Many time slots are still available, and this is a beautiful opportunity for quiet prayer and adoration before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. You may call the Parish office (570-695-3648) to sign-up for a time slot.
At the closing 9:00 AM Mass on Sunday, Deacon Jim Renninger will preach on the Holy Eucharist, followed by a brief indoor procession. We especially invite our children to take part in the procession.
